The trip was AWESOME and AMAZING!!!! Thank you so much for all of your help in making sure that we had a wonderful time. Everything went exactly as you said and that was a great relief. Our guide Suzanne was so knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding. She has a good, honest and sweet energy. The tour package you put together was wonderful. The Samba show, the boat ride on the Graunabara Bay and especially the visit to Christ the Redeemer were highlights. Of course the dinner you provided was terrific. The "winter" weather was awesome and around 80 degrees. I can't think of a winter where I lay on the beach sun bathing or jumping into the ocean. The hotel has the best service people. Everyone was polite, welcoming and front desk were extremely knowledgeable. The rooftop pool area gave great views of the beach and Christ the Redeemer statue. The roof also had a bar and a gym. We used their up-to-date Internet service and greatly enjoyed the breakfast buffet full of fresh fruit, waffles, pancakes, meats, cheeses, etc. Rio is now a part of me and I will cherish it and it's beautiful forever.
