It's an immense pleasure to write to you after our return from Argentina. Every aspect of the trip was terrific and better than we even expected. All-in-all we were exceptionally pleased with the organization, arrangements and especially your attention to detail and to us. Too often [with other organizations] we have been sold a tour by a person partly as nice as you but then the follow-up is done by someone who can't pronounce our names and even more often by a rotating collection of different people who happen to answer the phone and then struggle to find our information on the computer. You have done a magnificent job.
